UpGuard Debuts on Google Cloud Marketplace to Unify Cyber Risk Tools

The partnership addresses the growing strain on lean security departments struggling with manual, disjointed tools. By moving onto Google Cloud’s infrastructure, UpGuard enables users to bypass traditional procurement cycles, folding subscription costs into their existing Google Cloud invoices. This shift is intended to speed up the deployment of continuous monitoring, which remains a critical hurdle for teams facing tightening regulatory oversight.

UpGuard’s platform distinguishes itself from basic ratings tools by processing over 1 billion risk signals daily across 14 million organizations. Leveraging Google Kubernetes Engine and Cloud Run, the system provides automated remediation workflows that integrate with existing enterprise tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and Slack. According to Jackie Ariston, Chief Revenue Officer at UpGuard, the move removes the friction of new vendor contracts, allowing teams to prioritize the identification and closure of critical exposure gaps. Dai Vu, Managing Director of Marketplace & ISV GTM Programs at Google Cloud, noted that the infrastructure is designed to provide the scale necessary for high-volume cyber supply chain monitoring.
