By bypassing traditional, alarm-heavy monitoring systems, the software isolates specific inefficiencies that drive unnecessary costs. Each recommendation provides a clear financial estimate and the technical data required for building engineers to implement a fix, often at little to no additional cost.

Jennifer Nuckles, CEO of R-Zero, noted that commercial buildings function as living systems yet are frequently managed based on assumptions that are years old. By applying industry standards like ASHRAE guidelines to real-time data, the system helps owners move beyond one-time energy audits.
