John Kawaja Named President of DataSnap to Spearhead U.S. Expansion

Kawaja brings over twenty years of experience in managing high-performance commercial organizations to his new post in Boca Raton. His mandate includes strengthening the firm's commercial infrastructure and integrating complex behavioral analytics into actionable intelligence for enterprise clients. The move coincides with a formal alliance between DataSnap and RevenueSignals, a platform that uses AI to forecast customer churn and lifecycle outcomes. DataSnap will provide the necessary strategy and implementation support for the platform’s domestic rollout.

Early validation for these predictive tools has already emerged from the aesthetics sector. LaserAway, a national dermatology provider, recently concluded a pilot program using RevenueSignals, with executives citing the need for accurate behavioral forecasting to drive operational efficiency. Beyond the new partnership, Kawaja will oversee DataSnap’s existing product ecosystem, which includes the Bobby behavioral intelligence platform and the SQLSMS mobile interface. His primary objective is to establish a repeatable growth framework that positions the company as a dominant player in embedded decision intelligence.
