Pharming Group Faces Investor Scrutiny After Revenue Guidance Cut

A 22% single-session plunge in Pharming Group shares on July 30 has triggered a securities investigation by Levi & Korsinsky. The sharp sell-off followed the company's decision to slash its full-year 2026 revenue forecast, marking a significant departure from the optimistic projections previously provided to the market.

The revision effectively lowers the company's expected annual revenue to a range of $375 million to $395 million, down from the earlier guidance of $405 million to $425 million. This adjustment places the firm roughly $30 million below the analyst consensus of $419 million, casting doubt on the reliability of earlier financial communications. The company's second-quarter results further fueled investor concern, with revenue falling to $90.2 million—a 3% year-over-year decline. Specifically, sales of its product RUCONEST dropped 10% to $72.3 million, while diluted earnings per share withered to $0.002 from $0.006 in the same period last year.

Levi & Korsinsky is now probing whether these financial disclosures constitute potential securities law violations. The firm is evaluating claims from shareholders who suffered losses during the price correction. Participation in the investigation is open to any investor who purchased PHAR securities, regardless of whether they currently hold the shares or have already sold at a loss. The legal team, led by Joseph E. Levi, is requesting that affected parties provide brokerage records—including purchase dates and transaction prices—to determine eligibility for recovery efforts.
