Sphere Warehouse Workers Join Teamsters in Las Vegas

For the workers involved, the vote represents a shift in workplace dynamics at a site that reported $781.4 million in revenue and 1.7 million ticket sales in 2025. Beverly Wilson, a warehouse worker and new member of Local 986, noted that the unionization effort provides a collective voice for staff who previously felt marginalized. Local 986 President Tim Vera stated that with the venue's consistent financial success, the focus now shifts to contract negotiations, aiming to secure a deal that reflects the staff's contributions to the arena's performance.
