Beyond routine maintenance and financial oversight, the company is tasked with managing the building’s 24-hour service staff, which includes doormen, bellmen, and valet personnel.
Carlotta Leyden, president of The Cricket Club board, noted that the firm was chosen specifically for its direct communication and focus on resident needs during the vetting process. Dante Chiabra, vice president at FirstService Residential, stated that the firm intends to prioritize operational transparency and amenity upgrades to support the board’s vision for the community. The appointment expands the footprint of the subsidiary of FirstService Corporation, which currently manages a portfolio of high-rise and waterfront luxury properties across North America.
