The appointment marks a strategic pivot for the independent wealth management firm, which seeks to scale its infrastructure while maintaining the personalized service model favored by its advisors. CEO Arthur Ambarik signaled that centralizing these functions under Hasan aims to replicate the success seen in the firm’s investment platform, which Hasan overhauled after joining the company in 2023.
To support this integration, Perigon has also bolstered its executive ranks. Chris Briley, formerly of Manning & Napier, joins as Managing Director of Technology with a mandate to drive AI integration. Additionally, Beth Bosworth will continue her role as Head of Financial Planning, while Brian McGunnigle retains his position as Director of Operations, both reporting directly to Hasan. This realignment is the latest move in a broader expansion strategy that has seen the firm add key leadership in corporate development, digital strategy, and human resources over the past year.
