Rowe arrives at the Auburn Hills-based company following a career that includes leadership roles at Autoliv, Brose North America, and Robert Bosch. His background spans the development of automotive business and the management of intricate electronics programs. CEO Sam Hoff emphasized that Rowe’s ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering requirements and commercial decision-making is a critical asset for clients navigating production pressures.

In his new capacity, Rowe will focus on expanding the firm’s reach across the Midwest, specifically targeting system integration, robotics, and industrial digitalization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Kettering University and a master’s degree in engineering management from Oakland University. His work will concentrate on improving overall equipment effectiveness and extending asset life for industrial partners, drawing on his history of solving complex controls problems in various manufacturing verticals.
