The project tasks Blackwatch with streamlining the USPTO's Office of the Chief Information Officer mission by providing reliable technology services for a nationwide workforce. Beyond standard desktop assistance, the contract covers warehouse operations, inventory management, and the maintenance of audio-visual collaboration tools essential to daily agency functions. President Cliff Webster described the award as a testament to the trust established during the company’s ongoing tenure with the office.

Lee Tanner, Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth, noted that the work focuses on enabling the agency to sustain America’s innovation economy through modern, resilient technology. Blackwatch, a small business with federal sector experience, maintains several industry certifications, including CMMI Level 3 and ISO/IEC 27001, to meet the security requirements of federal civilian and defense clients.
