The initiative, titled the C-SUITE Challenge, serves as a cornerstone for the broader Voices of 250 campaign, a national project partnered with Freedom 250. Participants are asked to record 60-to-90-second clips answering specific questions about what freedom represents to them and how that liberty manifests within their business operations. Hayzlett views the effort as a critical opportunity for leaders to document how economic autonomy has fueled innovation, job creation, and risk-taking throughout the country's history.
Early participants in the project include major industry figures such as Northrop Grumman’s Kathy Warden, Eli Lilly’s Dave Ricks, and the leadership of the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq. To facilitate the collection of these testimonials, the network is utilizing the Emovid platform to ensure video authenticity, while the agency Didit manages the digital amplification. Hayzlett hopes the ripple effect of executives challenging five peers each will create one of the largest archives of business leadership narratives ever assembled, preserving the story of American enterprise for future generations.
