The process involves users browsing online, obtaining a review from a licensed healthcare provider, and receiving prescriptions directly at their residence. According to Vanessa Slowey, President and CEO of TelyRx, the update is a strategic attempt to position the company alongside major industry players by prioritizing a patient-centric design over a simple aesthetic refresh. With over one million prescriptions filled nationwide and a significant volume of positive reviews on Trustpilot, the firm is betting that its focus on convenience will continue to drive its base of repeat customers across its 48-state service area.
