The partnership combines Master Meter’s portfolio—including its Sonata and Octave ultrasonic meters—with ETNA Supply’s long-standing distribution network. For water utilities in the region, the move promises faster access to advanced metering infrastructure and data management tools. Coby Kleinjan, Senior Vice President at Master Meter, noted that the collaboration relies on ETNA’s deep technical reputation to navigate the specific demands of municipal water systems.
For ETNA Supply, which has operated in the region since 1929, the agreement adds a specialized layer of smart water capabilities to its wholesale operations. Rick Roosien, the distributor's Vice President of Sales, stated the focus remains on equipping local utilities with tools to build more resilient and connected water networks. Master Meter, a subsidiary of Israel-based Arad LTD, expects this expansion to strengthen its foothold in North American smart city and IoT utility planning.
