Dr. Al-Mansory holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from the University of Southampton and brings extensive experience in digital transformation. His immediate objectives focus on building a robust management structure and translating the parent company’s technological assets into tangible regional and global outcomes. The governance model emphasizes a blend of strategic oversight from the board and operational agility, as the group prepares to deploy advanced AI solutions across the GCC and international markets.
