The reorganization centers on three pillars designed to simplify operations. Billy Bastek, EVP of merchandising, will now oversee private label brands alongside core categories to speed up product development. Simultaneously, Jordan Broggi, EVP of interconnected retail, takes charge of a newly unified division merging online services, financial offerings, and loyalty programs to create a more cohesive customer ecosystem.
Professional contractors, a segment representing a $700 billion opportunity, will see the most significant shift. The company is transforming its Office of Integration into the Office of Pro Acceleration, led by CFO Richard McPhail. This department will coordinate efforts across Home Depot Pro, HD Supply, and SRS to integrate customer relationship management and fulfillment logistics. To support these changes, CTO Fran Bell will absorb the store, supply chain, and Pro technology teams into a single unit, ensuring that AI and data science initiatives are directly aligned with the company’s broader growth strategy.
