Founder and Managing Partner Alan Sandler stated that the hire serves as a definitive rejection of the private equity cycle, which often prioritizes integration and fund returns over long-term service stability. By bringing in Press to lead daily operations, the firm aims to scale its support infrastructure without sacrificing the Partner-first culture that has defined the company for 23 years.
Press, an experienced executive with a background in investment banking and family office management, will focus on expanding the firm’s operational depth. His mandate includes scaling internal systems to ensure that as the network grows, the quality of service—including commission auditing and contract support—remains consistent. Press previously served as an advisor to the firm and intends to maintain the existing business model that has already returned over $25 million in recovered commissions to its Partners. While Press assumes responsibility for day-to-day management, Alan Sandler will shift his focus toward field engagement and strengthening relationships within the firm’s network of over 220 providers.
