CentralReach Expands Leadership as Demand for Autism Care Tech Climbs

With revenue climbing over 20% annually and a client base exceeding 4,600 ABA practices, CentralReach is bolstering its commercial strategy. The Fort Lauderdale-based firm has appointed enterprise software veteran Dan Freund as Chief Sales Officer to accelerate the deployment of its AI-driven clinical and revenue management platform.

CentralReach Expands Leadership as Demand for Autism Care Tech Climbs

The appointment of Freund comes as CentralReach seeks to convert its technological gains into broader market adoption. Over the past two years, the company has integrated AI tools that have reportedly saved customers $1.7 billion in payor clawbacks while slashing audit readiness and scheduling times by 90% and 95%, respectively. These operational efficiencies aim to reduce administrative burdens on Registered Behavior Technicians, allowing for more direct patient engagement.

Freund, whose background includes senior roles at InvoiceCloud, Brandwatch, and Oracle, will oversee the company's efforts to move from product-focused sales toward long-term value-based partnerships. According to Chief Operating Officer Clark Convery, the move is designed to help providers navigate the gap between surging demand for ABA therapy and the current pace of technological integration. CentralReach plans to showcase these ongoing innovations at its upcoming annual conference, CR Unite, scheduled for September 21–23 in Boston.
