The upgraded Ping An Health Longevity Management Service System relies on a framework of four defensive lines: preemptive screening, 24/7 emergency response, medical assistance, and chronic disease co-management. By utilizing AI alongside traditional medical practices, the company aims to move beyond passive care. CEO He Mingke noted that the system focuses on behavioral, physical, and mental interventions, such as metabolic maintenance and brain health management.
Central to this expansion is the "Ping An Smart Private Coach," a digital service that pairs human fitness trainers with a proprietary AI engine named DeepBody. This technology tracks skeletal movement in real-time to provide personalized guidance across mobile and home devices. These services are now anchored by 11 physical longevity centers, which consolidate multidisciplinary fields ranging from nutrition to psychosomatic medicine. To scale these operations, Ping An has also formed a Longevity Management Ecosystem Alliance, onboarding 46 industry partners to help establish standardized health protocols and expand the reach of their integrated care model.
