The assets consist of eight properties in the UK, four in Germany, and two in France, all currently fully leased to a diverse mix of e-commerce, industrial, and retail tenants. These facilities are situated in strategic locations that offer immediate access to major transport networks and high-density population centers, factors that remain central to the firm's long-term investment strategy.
Jonathan Mackie, Managing Director at EQT Real Estate, characterized the acquisition as a move to capitalize on sustained occupier demand for high-quality distribution space. For Logicor, the sale represents another successful collaboration with the firm. While the transfer of the UK-based assets is already finalized, the German and French portions of the transaction are awaiting the completion of standard closing conditions.
