The company’s net interest income climbed to $133.5 million, up from $121.3 million in the second quarter of 2025. While revenue streams including trust services and treasury income saw positive momentum, noninterest expenses also rose to $97.5 million, driven largely by a $5.2 million increase in salaries and employee benefits.
CEO David Harlow noted that the quarter was bolstered by disciplined expense management and solid growth across major income categories. During this period, the firm entered into an agreement to acquire SpiritBank, a move intended to deepen its foothold in the Tulsa market. Pending regulatory approvals, the company expects to finalize the integration by the fourth quarter. Asset quality remains a focus, with nonaccrual loans totaling $81.4 million, or 0.94 percent of total loans, while the provision for credit losses was set at $4.9 million.
