Ebony Haywood joins as Chief People & Culture Officer, bringing 15 years of experience from LearnPlatform and Instructure to oversee talent strategy and organizational scaling. She is joined by Shawn Young, the co-founder of Classcraft and former HMH product leader, who assumes the role of Chief Product Officer with a mandate to prioritize integrated, educator-focused solutions.

Financial and partnership operations will be led by Natasha Williams and Diana Frezza. Williams, formerly of City Fund and the Achievement Network, will serve as CFO, focusing on financial models that support outcomes-based contracting. Frezza, whose background includes executive roles at Pearson, McGraw Hill, and Amplify, takes on the role of Chief Partnerships Officer to expand the company’s market presence. These additions are designed to transition the company from a traditional Science of Reading provider into a comprehensive education outcomes firm capable of meeting heightened state-level pressure for academic accountability.
