MetroStar projects that this transition will recover over 35,000 work hours annually while adding 7,000 days of aircraft availability to the fleet. According to Hannah Hunt, the company's Vice President of Product, the goal is to provide a mission-ready digital assistant that understands technical workflows rather than a simple chatbot.
