Developed by the company’s subsidiary, KLa Systems, the Rapid Series (RS) targets the persistent friction between increasing production demands and the financial risks of process interruptions. By utilizing a pre-engineered, crane-ready platform, the system integrates directly into existing biological treatment environments. This configuration supports industries such as chemical manufacturing, pulp and paper, and food processing by maintaining stable dissolved oxygen levels during peak seasonal shifts or heavy production cycles.
Beau Johnston, Senior VP of Industrial Solutions at IWS, noted that the unit provides a necessary lever for facilities to protect effluent quality while supporting higher throughput. The system is available for both capital purchase and operational leasing, offering flexibility for emergency aeration recovery or long-term infrastructure overhauls. According to Ryan Neville, VP of Jet Aeration at KLa Systems, the standardized design effectively removes the lengthy engineering timelines previously associated with jet aeration upgrades, allowing for deployment in days rather than months.
