Following the official signing, leadership teams transitioned into a strategic workshop designed to align corporate cultures and integrate operations. Kiyotaka Ito, CEO of Leifras, and the management team from SWIFT JAPAN focused on merging Leifras’s proprietary "non-cognitive skill development" methodology with the established childcare facilities already operating in Aichi Prefecture. The goal is to create a seamless educational ecosystem that supports youth development starting from infancy.
By leveraging the combined assets, Leifras intends to scale its multi-sport operational model across the Tokai region. The company, currently recognized as one of Japan’s largest operators of children’s sports schools, views this acquisition as a primary catalyst for maximizing long-term customer value. The integration aims to solidify a community-rooted infrastructure that combines physical health with social engagement, expanding the group's reach beyond its traditional sports-focused business model.
