Ribo and Madrigal Advance siRNA Candidate for MASH Treatment

The collaboration leverages Ribo’s expertise in RNA interference technology alongside Madrigal’s established clinical footprint in the MASH sector. By combining proprietary siRNA drug discovery platforms with proven therapeutic development strategies, the companies aim to address significant gaps in existing liver disease treatments. This initial candidate selection marks the first of several preclinical assets slated for development under the joint agreement.

As the program transitions into the next phase of regulatory preparation, the teams are focusing on accelerating the candidate toward human testing. This effort is part of a broader push to expand the therapeutic landscape for patients suffering from metabolic liver conditions globally.
