Kelly spent seven years at the helm of Visa, serving as CEO from 2016 through 2023 before transitioning into the role of executive chairman. His tenure at the payment technology firm followed a long career in senior leadership at American Express. Beyond his corporate roles, Kelly also managed the New York–New Jersey Super Bowl Host Committee.
Dan Letter, CEO of Prologis, highlighted Kelly’s expertise in risk management and technology as critical assets for the company’s current trajectory. Kelly currently serves as an Advisory Director at Berkshire Partners and holds a seat on the board of General Motors, where he participates in the Audit and Cybersecurity committees. He earned both his undergraduate degree in computer science and his MBA from Iona University.
