The concert, airing live at 8:00 p.m. ET, features a diverse lineup including Chicago, Trace Adkins, Patti LaBelle, Kool & The Gang, Alan Jackson, and Carly Pearce. In a nod to the milestone anniversary, the broadcast will showcase the largest fireworks display in the history of George Washington's Mount Vernon estate. The National Symphony Orchestra, directed by Jack Everly, will anchor the musical performances, while Trace Adkins is set to provide the exclusive television debut of his new song, "American Made."
Beyond the musical acts, the program includes tributes to the Artemis II mission crew, introduced by Gary Sinise, and a salute to Team USA’s Olympic and Paralympic athletes. Military traditions remain central to the event, with the U.S. Army Band, the Herald Trumpets, and the Joint Armed Forces Chorus performing alongside the signature 1812 Overture, complete with live cannon fire from the U.S. Army Presidential Salute Battery. The broadcast will be available on public television stations and streaming platforms through July 17.
