The expo, themed 'Connecting the World for a Shared Future,' saw overseas participation climb significantly, with international entities accounting for 36.5% of exhibitors. Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders comprised 65% of the total base, while the number of visiting overseas business delegations surged by 29.7%. Australia served as the guest country of honor, complemented by regional representation from France’s Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Italy’s Liguria.

Attendance figures reflected the growing scale of the event, with on-site professional participation rising 22% over the previous year. Digital integration emerged as a primary theme, marked by the launch of the Digital and Intelligent Technology Chain exhibition and a dedicated artificial intelligence zone. During the event, 161 new products and technologies made their industry debuts alongside the release of the 2026 Global Supply Chain Promotion Report.

Economic activity remained high, as exhibitors established connections with 43,000 upstream and downstream partners. The commitment to future iterations of the event was immediate, with 115 institutions signing letters of intent for the fifth edition on the final morning of the expo—a 12.7% increase in early bookings compared to the prior year. This momentum was captured by a record media presence, with 2,300 journalists accredited to cover the proceedings.
