The Shufro-Glass Group, a legacy practice operating within the 88-year-old Shufro Rose firm, brings a deep history of multi-generational wealth planning to the partnership. Led by Gregory D. Shufro and Steven J. Glass, the team currently manages assets for clients through a philosophy centered on long-term stewardship. Upon the finalization of the acquisition, both Shufro and Glass will transition into equity holders within Wealth Enhancement.
For the leadership at Wealth Enhancement, the acquisition serves as a bridge between historical expertise and modern scale. CEO Jeff Dekko noted that the firm values the multigenerational focus of the Shufro-Glass team, which aligns with their existing infrastructure. Glass cited the growing administrative burdens of running an independent advisory business as a primary driver for the move, noting that joining a larger platform allows the team to dedicate more time to client-facing work rather than operational management. Nesvold Capital Partners served as the advisor for the transaction.
