The cooperative is expanding its footprint at the fair beyond its traditional role as a supplier for concession stands. For the first time, attendees can purchase pre-packaged two-ounce pouches dubbed Made Fresh for the Fair. These snacks, containing 12 grams of protein, will be sold exclusively at the Brad & Harry’s stand in five varieties, including garlic, jalapeño, and dill pickle.
Jocee Weaver, director of sponsorships for the Wisconsin State Fair, noted that the collaboration honors the agricultural heritage central to the event. The creamery, a business owned by 180 family dairy farms, holds the top spot for refrigerated retail cheese curds in the U.S. according to Circana data. CEO Kevin Pieh emphasized that the company’s dedicated manufacturing facilities allow them to capture the curds during the early stages of the natural cheese-making process, preserving the texture that has become a regional staple.
