Unlike traditional lists, it utilizes a rigorous methodology developed alongside the MSP Summit Board to identify firms that demonstrate sustainable growth and strategic discipline. This year’s field was characterized by intense competition, with the selected providers averaging 10% revenue growth and maintaining recurring revenue streams that account for nearly 60% of their total business.

Qasim Akhtar, CEO of Cloudelligent, attributed the company’s placement to a focused investment in AWS-native innovation. According to Akhtar, the firm’s ability to navigate complex cloud environments through FinOps optimization and Generative AI has been central to its recent performance.
