The donation stems from a targeted campaign involving Otis Spunkmeyer products sold between September and December 2025. By dedicating a portion of sales from qualifying items across the Sodexo and Entegra enterprise, the company significantly exceeded its previous year’s fundraising total. Mark Goldrainer, who oversees the partnership, attributed the growth to an expanded campaign duration and increased engagement with foodservice operators through enhanced point-of-sale materials.
Beyond this donation, the partnership is set to expand its scope throughout 2026. Aspire Bakeries and Otis Spunkmeyer have committed to serving as the primary sponsor for the Foundation’s Community Rebuilding Project. This initiative, scheduled for September 2026, will focus on recovery efforts in Altadena, California, following the 2025 Southern California wildfires. Chris Prociv, Chief Growth Officer at Aspire Bakeries, emphasized that the company views its role as a supply partner to Sodexo as a vehicle for broader social responsibility, noting that the initiative aligns with their fundamental belief that nutritious meals should be accessible to all families in need.
