The husband-and-wife team brings a blend of strategic and operational expertise to the franchise. Swan, who founded the communications firm The Collective Genius and the wellness-tech company Anchored to Hope, joins Milheim, a veteran with over three decades of experience in automotive finance and operations. Together, they intend to cater to a diverse demographic in Las Vegas, ranging from busy professionals to active older adults seeking low-impact, high-intensity workout options.
For the Miami-based franchisor, the Nevada expansion aligns with a broader strategy of targeting high-density, lifestyle-driven regions. Tamara Galinsky, founder and brand president of JETSET Pilates, noted that the state’s growing demand for boutique wellness makes it a key milestone for the company. Currently, the brand has reached 400 territories sold and 70 operational studios across the U.S., U.K., and Australia, with ambitions to hit 500 total territories by the end of the year. While Swan and Milheim secure their foothold in Las Vegas, JETSET continues to scout for partners to fill the remaining five territories available within Nevada.
