The new service offers two primary logistics models: recurring scheduled onsite collections or a self-service option utilizing prepaid shipping containers. Regardless of the method, the company assumes responsibility for certified data destruction and regulatory compliance, aiming to mirror the security standards currently applied to its physical document management business.

CEO Danny Palo noted that as corporate reliance on digital assets grows, the need for secure decommissioning has become as critical as traditional paper shredding. By integrating this into its existing national footprint, the company seeks to bridge the gap between legacy records storage and modern hardware retirement while adhering to environmentally responsible recycling protocols.
