Fox will maintain his current leadership responsibilities through August 31, 2026, before serving as an executive senior advisor to CEO Mikael Bratt until February 28, 2027. His career at the Stockholm-based firm began in 1996, spanning roles in both the United States and Brazil, including a six-year tenure on the Executive Management Team.
Following Fox's exit, Anthony Nellis, the company's EVP of Legal Affairs and General Counsel, will step in as acting president. Nellis, who is already part of the executive management structure, is expected to manage the division’s operations until a permanent successor is appointed. The company has confirmed that it is launching an immediate recruitment process to fill the vacancy.
