Her background includes a stint as President of Abercrombie & Fitch and a two-decade career at Target Corporation. She maintains a seat on the board of Wolverine World Wide, the footwear manufacturing firm.

George C. Roeth arrives with extensive experience in the pet and garden supply industry, having previously served as CEO of Central Garden and Pet. His career history features 27 years at The Clorox Company, where he rose to co-Chief Operating Officer. Roeth currently operates as the Lead Director of Oil-Dri Corporation of America and acts as an Executive Advisor to the private investment firm Gryphon Investors Inc.
