LandGraphics, which emerged from the integration of New Way Landscape & Tree Care Services, maintains a deep-rooted presence in San Diego and Orange County. The firm has long specialized in high-end maintenance, water management, and arbor care. Under the terms of the acquisition, Osprey intends to retain the LandGraphics brand identity, ensuring that existing client relationships remain managed by the original local teams.
Joshua Dake, CEO of Osprey Landscape Group, characterized the move as a strategic milestone for the company’s national platform. Anil Hiremath, who led LandGraphics as owner and CEO, noted that the partnership aims to leverage Osprey’s shared resources while maintaining the service standards that defined his firm’s reputation. This integration provides Osprey with a stable foundation to scale its operations across one of the country's most competitive commercial landscape markets.
