The brand, a subsidiary of Coway, is opening locations at Barton Creek Square in Austin, along with Baybrook Mall and The Woodlands Mall in the Houston area. These sites aim to provide local families direct access to the NECOA Pro AHCI, a flagship countertop unit featuring a 5-stage reverse osmosis system. According to the company, the device is certified to remove 99.8% of impurities, including heavy metals and PFAS.
Beyond hardware, the company is pushing its Free-Flow Service+ model, which starts at $35 per month. This subscription replaces standard DIY maintenance with professional installation and automated filter replenishment. CEO Kevin Shim stated that the retail growth is a strategic milestone in the brand’s mission to normalize wellness-driven water care across North American households. The move comes as national data suggests that over 70% of U.S. adults are actively concerned about the quality of their home drinking water.
