Two primary offerings lead the rollout: 360° CommunityConnect and Health Union ALIGN. The former coordinates brand advertising across patient and HCP communities to ensure doctors are primed with relevant patient information, while the latter uses first-party behavioral signals to target priority prescribers and patients in parallel.
The company is also introducing an AI-driven empowerment suite, including "My Condition Blueprint," which helps patients generate documentation for insurance appeals and workplace accommodations. Additionally, the upgraded "Confident Patient" tool now uses AI to transform individual treatment experiences into personalized question lists for doctor visits. These updates coincide with a refreshed brand identity across Health Union’s 125 condition-specific sites, reinforcing a commitment to trust-based engagement as the foundation for better treatment adherence and informed decision-making.
