Baseus Launches Spacemate RD1 Plus 14-in-1 Docking Station

The Spacemate RD1 Plus supports 4K resolution at 120Hz for Windows-based systems, aiming to provide smoother visual performance for multitasking and daily office tasks. For users requiring expanded screen real estate, the hardware also facilitates dual 4K setups at 60Hz. To manage heat during extended operation, the unit incorporates active thermal ventilation systems.

Functionality is centered on a 14-in-1 port array, including gigabit Ethernet and high-speed data transfer capabilities up to 10Gbps. By utilizing a single USB-C host connection, the dock acts as a hub for various peripherals. The internal 140W GaN power supply eliminates the need for external power bricks, with Baseus PowerTune 3.0 technology dynamically distributing energy to laptops and mobile devices. A distinctive feature is the integrated LCD that automatically adjusts its readout orientation based on the tower's physical placement.

Following the US release, the hardware is scheduled for an Amazon Germany launch on October 30th with a retail price of €269.99.
