The fleet will take center stage at the upcoming NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition, running October 20–22. Attendees can inspect the aircraft at Henderson Executive Airport, where the company aims to highlight the program's dual-tier approach: using the HondaJet for regional efficiency and the Challenger 3500 for long-range capacity. This launch follows a September 2026 minority investment from Arulean Air, a subsidiary of Honda Aircraft Company.
Thrive Aviation’s leadership plans to scale the program by adding four to six HondaJets and two to four Challengers annually. By leveraging its existing infrastructure—which currently supports over 30 aircraft—the operator intends to integrate this new service into a broader ecosystem of charter and management solutions. Executives Rickey Oswald and Curtis Edenfield described the rollout as the culmination of eight years of platform development, aiming to provide a flexible ownership model that scales alongside the company's established private jet operations.
