Vistra Corp. has finalized the redemption of all one million outstanding shares of its 8.0% Fixed-Rate Reset Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A. Vistra Corp. Executes $1 Billion Redemption of Series A Preferred Stock

The company redeemed the stock at a price of $1,000 per share, adhering to the governing terms established for the Series A issuance. Because Vistra had already declared distributions payable on the redemption date, no accrued or unpaid dividends remain outstanding. Equiniti Trust Company, LLC served as the redemption and paying agent, managing the formal notices and payment procedures for holders of record.

Following the redemption, the Series A Preferred Stock ceased to be outstanding. All rights previously held by investors were terminated, save for the entitlement to receive the specified redemption price. Vistra, a Fortune 500 integrated retail electricity and power generation firm, maintains operations across the United States, managing a diverse energy fleet that includes nuclear, natural gas, solar, and battery storage assets.
