Participants in the third and fourth grades engaged with the trans-AI Tutor, a generative AI role-playing system designed to mimic diverse customer personas. Children navigated the complexities of identifying problems and providing effective support, aiming to earn positive feedback from their digital clients. This hands-on activity served as an introduction to the rewards of professional communication and the functional mechanics of a service-oriented economy.
Beyond the technical simulation, the event emphasized social responsibility. Children received gifts crafted by employees of transcosmos assist inc., a subsidiary dedicated to the employment of persons with disabilities. With 6,500 staff members across 16 Sapporo locations, transcosmos continues to integrate its operations into the regional fabric through initiatives like the Sapporo SDGs-driven Business Registration Program and local tax donation schemes.
