Alfa Laval Names Nomination Committee Ahead of 2027 Annual Meeting

Five shareholder representatives and the company's board chair have been tapped to form Alfa Laval AB’s Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting. This group will oversee the selection process for board leadership ahead of the company's scheduled assembly in Lund on April 21, 2027.

The committee includes Jörn Rausing of Winder Holding, Daniel Kristiansson from Alecta Tjänstepension Ömsesidigt, Lennart Francke representing Swedbank Robur Fonder, Patricia Hedelius of AMF Tjänstepension och Fonder, and Javiera Ragnartz from SEB Asset Management. Dennis Jönsson, Chairman of the Board at Alfa Laval, joins these representatives to round out the team.
