Total revenues for the quarter reached $283 million, supported by an active portfolio management strategy. During the three-month period, the firm acquired five aircraft—including three Airbus A321neo and one Boeing 737MAX8—for $269 million, while offloading 11 units to generate $243 million in proceeds and $38 million in gains. As of August 31, new technology aircraft accounted for 54% of the fleet's net book value.
Chief Executive Officer Mike Inglese noted that constrained aircraft supply continues to underpin current asset values. The company enters the second half of its fiscal year with a robust liquidity position of $2.8 billion, including $2.0 billion in undrawn facilities. Aircastle also streamlined its capital structure by redeeming all outstanding Series A Preference Shares, and the firm reported that 98% of its total debt remains unsecured.
