The company will showcase four abstracts focused on treprostinil palmitil inhalation powder (TPIP) during the CHEST 2026 meeting in Phoenix, scheduled for October 18–21. Three of these entries are classified as late-breaking, offering expanded insight into the long-term potential of TPIP for patients suffering from pulmonary arterial hypertension and pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease. Additionally, a post hoc analysis from the Phase 3 ASPEN study will examine the relationship between patient-reported sputum color and neutrophil serine proteases in non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis.
Following the CHEST event, Insmed will shift focus to Washington, D.C., for IDWeek 2026, running from October 21–24. The company plans to report findings from the Phase 3b ENCORE study, which investigates the development of amikacin and macrolide resistance in patients newly diagnosed with Mycobacterium avium complex lung disease. A second presentation at the conference will detail real-world evidence regarding treatment drivers and outcomes for the same patient population, further clarifying the clinical utility of ARIKAYCE.
