The upsized syndicated term financing, supported by a seven-lender consortium, builds on a previous US$3.5 billion deal secured in May 2025. This move cements the company's financial position as it scales its footprint in Johor, Malaysia, a region central to its strategy of providing high-specification, AI-ready facilities. Since 2024, the firm has raised over US$6 billion in equity, leveraging a network of more than 30 banking partners to fuel its aggressive growth.
Operational metrics have mirrored this financial expansion. DayOne’s billings have grown eightfold in less than two years, climbing from 121MW at the end of 2024 to the current 1GW mark. Beyond active contracts, the firm reports 2.3GW in bookings and an additional 1.1GW in reservations as of September 20, 2026. CEO Jamie Khoo noted that this growth is driven by deep commitments from 15 customers, including three hyperscalers with multi-market deployments exceeding 200MW each. With total resources now reaching 4.6GW across Asia Pacific and Europe, the company is prioritizing the rapid delivery of capacity to meet the infrastructure requirements of global cloud and artificial intelligence providers.
