This year, ten headline sponsors, including Personio, SAP SuccessFactors, and Workday, are anchoring the program. According to CEO Marc Coleman, the industry has moved past debating the relevance of AI, shifting focus instead toward the practical application of algorithms to generate tangible business value.
Sessions will feature high-profile executives, including L'Oréal CEO Nicolas Hieronimus and CHRO Jean-Claude Le Grand, who are set to discuss the intersection of workforce decisions and business transformation. Beyond the main stage, the invitation-only UNLEASH 100 gathering will host leaders from SAP and TechWolf to debate the current wave of industry acquisitions. The event also highlights emerging talent, with five startups—Mendo, Pack, Cascade AI, MuchSkills, and Coachello—competing for the UNLEASH Startup Award. Looking ahead, the organization is already preparing for an expansion into the U.S. market with a scheduled Miami event in April 2027, backed by early commitments from eight major partners including Deloitte and Greenhouse.
