The curriculum mandates a cycle of global immersion, beginning with a year of business foundations and an internship in New York. Students then relocate to Paris for two years of intensive design training at ESMOD, covering subjects from patternmaking and digital tools to eco-sourcing. The final year returns them to New York, where they complete a second internship and present a capstone collection to earn their BBA from LIM College.
This partnership follows the 2025 acquisition of LIM College by the Japan Educational Foundation, which also oversees ESMOD. By bridging the distinct fashion hubs of Manhattan and Paris, the program aims to produce graduates fluent in both creative direction and commercial strategy. Candidates seeking admission must hold a minimum 3.0 GPA, undergo an interview, and complete a creative concept exercise. Applications for the inaugural 2027 cohort are currently open.
