CEO Chris Spagnoletti cited Meredith’s deep familiarity with the company’s technical portfolio and his capacity to execute at industrial scale as primary drivers for the appointment. In his new capacity, Meredith assumes full profit and loss responsibility, tasked with synchronizing the company's manufacturing approach across its long-range missile and space mobility divisions.
Meredith brings over twenty years of experience in defense and propulsion, having previously held senior leadership roles at Northrop Grumman, Orbital ATK, and Pratt & Whitney. His immediate mandate focuses on accelerating production throughput to meet rising demand from warfighters, leveraging the company’s additive manufacturing facilities in Colorado and Ohio to solidify its role within the domestic defense industrial base.
