The husband-and-wife team behind LIT, Justin and Taylor Norris, developed the ARC™ after years of hearing clients complain that traditional recovery equipment clashes with home decor. Designed to function as a piece of furniture, the unit features a Finnish spruce interior encased in a mirrored exterior available in White Oak or Midnight finishes. It occupies roughly seven square feet, roughly the footprint of an armchair, and requires only a standard 110V outlet to operate.
Investors in the company include designer Rachel Zoe, whose venture firm Zoe Ventures backed the project, along with professional athletes Adrian Gonzalez and Bobby Wagner. The sauna reaches temperatures up to 170°F using six carbon infrared heaters and includes a ThermaRed system that emits various red and near-infrared light wavelengths. Priced at $3,495, the unit also features smartphone-controlled preheating and Bluetooth audio integration, marking what the company describes as a new category of home wellness innovation.
